This policy covers the public website at hellobernard.ai and the early access form. Product use may be governed by separate product terms or a written agreement.

What the Website Collects

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand site traffic and performance. These services may collect aggregated page, referrer, browser, device, operating system, country, and web-vitals data. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

When you submit the early access form, we collect your name, email address, organization or role, message, and basic anti-abuse signals from the form. The submission is delivered to our team through Resend, our email delivery provider.

How We Use It

We use website analytics to understand which pages work, improve performance, and maintain the site. We use form submissions to respond to early access requests, qualify fit, and communicate with you.

We do not sell visitor data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers.

Form submissions are retained while we evaluate the early-access request, typically up to 12 months from last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Product Data

If you become a Bernard user, diligence files and product data are governed separately by the applicable product terms or written agreement. Evidence uploaded to Bernard is not used to train public AI models. Bernard is designed for sensitive professional work where files, evidence, and judgment need to remain under the user's control. Service Providers

This website is hosted on Vercel. Analytics and performance measurement are provided by Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Contact form submissions are delivered through Resend. These providers process data so the website and form can function.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold from a form submission. You can also use browser or device privacy controls to limit analytics requests where supported.
